As winter settles in and the year draws to a close, we invite you to gather with us at Mineral Springs Ranch for an intimate December wine dinner—an evening shaped by warmth, reflection, and shared connection. Set against the quiet beauty of the season, enjoy an exquisite meal prepared by Chef Clayton Allen, thoughtfully paired with our finest vintages and rare library wines chosen to echo winter’s depth and grace.
This small-group gathering brings together fellow wine lovers around the table, where conversation lingers and each glass invites a pause. With only 20 seats available , wine club members receive priority access to tickets. Join us as we close the year together, celebrating the season and savoring the moments that stay with us long after the last pour.
