Candlelight Restorative Yin is a slow, grounding practice designed to help you release tension and deeply unwind. Settle into longer-held, supported poses with minimal movement, allowing the body to soften while the nervous system shifts toward rest. Expect a quiet, candlelit atmosphere with plenty of time to slow down, breathe, and reset. All levels are welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary.
