About this event
During this workshop, we'll learn about the process of cyanotyping, then forage for materials to use on our prints, and create our very own sun-printed cards.
Cyanotype is a traditional sun-printing technique where plants and objects are arranged directly onto paper treated with a light-sensitive solution. When exposed to sunlight, the impression of the plant is permanently marked on your piece, creating a stunning botanical print that's completely unique to what you foraged that day!
Suggested donation: Adults $10-20, children $5-10. Nobody is turned away for lack of funds. To secure your spot, please send payment after RSVPing via venmo to @Wildroots-Collective with subject line "Cyanotype workshop".
