- ➤ Gov. Tina Kotek signed a bipartisan bill that will cut red tape for behavioral health workers by creating a statewide credentialing system & reducing Medicaid paperwork. The law, which broadens who can supervise new practitioners, takes effect 91 days after the Legislature adjourns its session. The Oregonian
