Good morning, McMinnville.

Intel Vice President Ann Kelleher, a 29-year veteran who led work on the new 18A chip, announced she will retire later this year to serve as a strategic adviser for Intel Foundry.

Her departure will trigger a leadership change as former Micron executive Naga Chandrasekaran takes over her role — marking a major shift in the company’s manufacturing team.

Senate Bill 681 would pause PERS’s new investments in private equity funds if more than 10% of a fund is tied to fossil fuels, and the Oregon Treasury—via lobbyist Jessica Howell—said this move could lower returns for retirees at a public hearing on Wednesday; the Treasury instead supports House Bill 2200 to meet net-zero goals without mandating such pauses.

After beating the Memphis Grizzlies on March 19 with a 115-99 win, Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons said he was excited as the team moved within two games of the play-in race.

Coach Chauncey Billups and teammate Deni Avdija stressed that the team focuses on winning each game—each win matters with tough matchups ahead.
