- ➤ McMinnville will host its 25th UFO Festival from May 16 to May 18 with thousands expected and a parade at noon on May 17 starting near the Yamhill County Courthouse. The festival will also feature film screenings on May 16, ufology panels, a fun run, an alien pet contest at 2:30 p.m., and a church program on alien abduction at 7 p.m. at Awaken Church—events taking place at Hotel Oregon and along downtown streets.
