- ➤ The Grizzlies won their final regular-season series with an 11 to 1 victory against Glencoe at Patton Middle School on Monday and will travel to Beaverton for the first round of playoffs. News-Register
- ➤ On Thursday in McMinnville, Linfield softball routed Moravian by run rule with key hits including Breanna Bartek’s as they secured their 10th chance at a national championship. The Wildcats will play again Friday at 1 p.m. — a potential third game at 3:30 p.m. if needed. The Oregonian
- ➤ Three Yamhill County softball teams (YC, Dayton, and Willamina/Sheridan) earned spots in the 3A State Championship tournament; YC and Dayton will host first-round playoff games on Wednesday while the Bulldogs host Pleasant Hill on Monday.
