- ➤ The Oregon Health Authority said measles traces were found in wastewater from a Marion County treatment facility on Oct 6, which suggests an infected person may have passed through the area. Officials noted only one confirmed case this year — an unvaccinated adult from Multnomah County and urged those at risk to get vaccinated. The Oregonian
