The former 3rd St. Pizza and Moonlight Theater building (433 N.E.
Third St.) was damaged by a fire in May 2023 and later renovated but remains empty. Owner Donna Wright is selling the renovated blank slate for $950,000 and broker Mike Morris said buyers may need extra funds (between 200000 and 300000 dollars) to meet code requirements and revive the downtown space.

The McMinnville Grizzlies girls soccer team lost 4-1 to No. 9 Sheldon on Saturday after junior Tessa Ravia scored a free kick goal to tie the game.
Delphian advanced to the second round with a 3-1 win over Brookings-Harbor and will face Oregon Episcopal today at 6 p.m.—the Amity girls played their playoff match on Tuesday while the Dayton boys will host theirs today.
