- ➤ Access to Huddleston Pond & Hampton Park in Willamina remains closed through Dec. 18 for geotechnical drilling on the riverside embankment to support permanent creek bank repairs. Officials say the project will progress in two phases, with conceptual work now and construction planned for early 2026. News-Register
