Submission grappling (No-Gi Jiu Jitsu) is wrestling and jiu jitsu performed without the traditional attire. A basic t-shirt or rashguard with shorts or spats are generally worn. Singlets and Gi's are not allowed. This class covers all of the basic takedowns of wrestling as well as the techniques of jiu jitsu utilized without the use of the kimono (Gi). This class is designed for all levels.
